Privacy policy

Pensomat is a static net-salary calculator. You do not create an account or provide identifying details, and the values you type into the calculator are worked out in your browser and are not stored by us. The site sets no cookies; traffic is measured with Google Analytics 4 without cookies. Below we set out what Google Analytics and the web server process, on what legal basis, and your rights — the same for every visitor, regardless of country.

Traffic measurement without cookies

A Consent Mode v2 default block runs ahead of the Google Analytics 4 tag and denies analytics, advertising and personalisation storage for every visitor, in every country, and nothing on this site changes that: there is no consent banner, control or update. Google Analytics currently runs in cookieless mode: no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and no consent is requested. This processes the referral source, approximate location (derived from the IP address) and device type, possibly also in the USA; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in aggregated reach measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If we use such cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Like any web server, ours writes each request to an access log: your IP address, the time, the address requested, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. We use these logs only to run and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating it), and they are deleted after about 15 days. Requests reach us through Cloudflare, our network provider, which also processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site. The only thing the site itself keeps in your browser is a single flag, and only when you close the language suggestion or follow its link (see the cookie policy).

Controller and your rights

Beyond what is described above, Pensomat collects no personal data: there is no sign-in, no forms gathering identifying details and no profiling of you as a person, and there is no advertising.

The controller is the publisher of this site, Desymphony web software development EOOD, ul. Balgarska Morava 114, 1303 Sofia, Bulgaria (details on the About page). You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@pensomat.pl; you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), the controller’s supervisory authority, or to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO).
