Privacy policy

Pensomat is a static net-salary calculator. You do not create an account or provide identifying details, and the values you type into the calculator are worked out in your browser and are not stored by us. On an ordinary visit the site stores no cookie; traffic is measured with Google Analytics 4 without cookies. One exception, named here rather than passed over in silence: the gr_int flag, our own exclusion for internal visits. It is written only when you deliberately open a page with ?internal=1 appended — as a cookie with a lifetime of one year, and additionally in local storage — and the measurement code reads it on every page view. On an ordinary visit nothing is written. It holds a single flag and nothing about you; you delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Below we explain exactly what reaches Google — the same rule applies to every visitor, regardless of country.

Traffic measurement without cookies

Wherever you visit Pensomat from, on an ordinary visit no cookie is set — none for analytics, none for advertising. One exception, named here rather than passed over in silence: the gr_int flag, our own exclusion for internal visits. Every storage signal for analytics and advertising (including personalisation) starts denied by default, and this site carries no consent message or other mechanism that could change it (Google Consent Mode v2). The measurement tags therefore run permanently without cookies, so they neither identify you nor join up your visits.

Google receives the page address, where the visit came from, the IP address (from which it derives an approximate location) and general device and browser characteristics, with no cookie and no identifier that recognises you across visits. That data may be processed outside Poland. Were analytics or advertising cookies ever introduced, the legal basis would always be your consent — never legitimate interest, and never a country-dependent default opt-in.

Managing your consent

There is no group for whom cookies are set by default — none are set for anyone. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and Google Ad Settings remain yours to manage independently of this site.

Withdrawing consent does not switch off the calculators — they work independently of your cookie choice.

What data and what rights

Beyond what is described above, Pensomat collects no personal data: there is no sign-in, no forms gathering identifying details and no profiling of you as a person. Traffic measurement relies on statistical data with no identifier, and there is no advertising.

Whatever country you are in, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to processing. For cookies, you exercise these rights mainly through the consent control, your browser settings and Google Ad Settings.

What is still absent

There is no advertising and no cookie is stored. The consent model described above would govern analytics and advertising cookies if they were ever switched on. The full, final privacy policy will be published before launch.
